As a vendor, you will be provided with the following:

Booth Size: 10 feet x10 feet, this includes 1 table, 2 chairs, electricity, and overnight security. Food trucks, are allocated a larger space.

By typing your full legal name below, you agree to:

• Pay the required vendor fees.
• Comply with local health and safety regulations, as applicable.
• Arrive during scheduled set-up hours.
• Maintain cleanliness and professionalism at the assigned booth and throughout the event.
• Release the Jamaican Canadian Association of New Brunswick from liability for loss, theft, or damage to property.
• The Jamaican Canadian Association of New Brunswick (JCANB) reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel this agreement and/or terminate a vendor’s participation at any time if the vendor is found to be in violation of event guidelines, public health and safety regulations, or any conduct deemed contrary to the mission, values, or integrity of the event. In such cases, no refund shall be issued, and the vendor shall immediately cease all activity at the event site.
